• All palm rests are produced and managed within South Korea, adhering to our high standards of quality.

• Custom Order Process: Each product is individually crafted according to the order in which it is received. This method ensures that each item precisely meets the customer’s specifications.

• Size Limitations: Due to the custom nature of our molds and frameworks, production is limited to the sizes available at the time of order, and we ask for your understanding if we cannot accommodate specific size requests outside of these parameters.

• Exchange and Refund Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of our products, once production has commenced, exchanges or refunds are not possible. Please consider this carefully before completing your purchase.

• Production and Delivery Time: Following the finalization of options and payment, production of the item will take approximately 3-4 weeks. Products are delivered within 2 days across South Korea.

• Shipping Restrictions: Due to international trade regulations, shipping of African blackwood, mpingo products is only possible within South Korea. Orders with shipping addresses outside of South Korea will automatically be canceled.
